About the Age Group Performance Squad
The Age Group Performance squad is for swimmers aged usually between 10-12 who fit all of our CAP selection criteria and are selected from all three sites (Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Leominster). In total, CAP is made up of 6 criteria, Contribution | Commitment | Ability | Attitude | Potential | Performance. We encourage bringing performance athletes of a similar ability and age through the club pathway together, not only enhancing performance but helping develop the social skills also. Swimmers are looking to perform at Level 1/2/3 meets, team events, County/Regional/National competitions. Age Group Performance train just under 11 hours in the pool and 2 hours additional land training.
Fees
Monthly training fees for the Age Group Performance squad are £64.50.
