Wayne has been involved with the Club since 1997, when his eldest daughter starting swimming with the club. Wayne decided to help poolside at first, rather than sitting in spectator area getting bored. He has got more involved as time has passed, becoming a Level 1 Coach, Judge Level 2 official, Committee Member, Worcester County Swim Committee Member & Promoter for Club Championships/Gala's to name a few. Wayne's youngest daughter is still swimming with the club.

He can occasionally be seen trying to entice parents to help with various roles within the club, especially new trainee officials - to enable all our swimmers the chance to compete at competitions.
