About the Junior Development Squad
The Junior Development squad is where the young swimmers learn to develop their training skills, which are required to succeed as a competitive swimmer.
The key focus is upon stroke technique, while new skills are introduced and previously learned skills embedded. Swimmers start to compete at more external Level 3 competitions and train twice a week in the pool for an hour each time.
There is also an introduction to land training, where swimming specific exercises are learnt and developed.
Fees
Monthly training fees for the Junior Development squad are £32.00.
