About the Academy Squad
There is one session of one hour each week. Training is based around building an understanding of all four strokes and is predominantly delivered 25m at a time. Turns are taught separately and swimmers are introduced to starts. Most competition is internal although stronger swimmers may be selected for junior galas and can compete at lower level competitions (Level 4).
Fees
Monthly training fees for the Academy squad are £24.50.
